Preparedness Checklist:

  1. Make an evacuation plan.

      • Or dial 2-1-1 to find out if you live in an evacuation zone.​

  2. Prepare an Emergency Supply Kit:  Learn how to build an emergency kit here​​

  3. Review Your Home Insurance Policy​

  4. Register with State of Texas Emergency Assistance Registry (STEAR)

    • stear.tdem.texas.gov or dial 2-1-1 if you live in evacuation zone and:​
