Roger's ministry with the Adventist church began in 1993 as a Trust Services field representative for the Iowa-Missouri Conference. In 2001, he received a call to serve as the Association Treasurer and a Trust Officer for the Texas Conference. He is currently serving as the Association Secretary/Treasurer/Director of Trust Services. His wife Kathy is a nurse and they have been married 40 years. They are blessed with two adult daughters and three granddaughters.

Lynette has worked in Planned Giving & Trust Services in the Texas Conference since 1993.  She is a lifelong Texan, fourth generation Seventh-day  Adventist, and a graduate of Valley Grande Academy and Southwestern Adventist University. She is also certified in Planned Giving and is a Certified Senior Advisor.  Her greatest desire is to see everyone have an opportunity to learn about Jesus, what He has done for us, and how much He loves us!

Associate Director


Raised in Texas, Jerrod went through the Adventist Education system from 1st grade through College, culminating in a B.S. degree from Southwestern Adventist University, then an MDiv from Andrews University. In 2008, Jerrod began pastoring in the Texas Conference and transitioned to Trust Services in 2017. Jerrod is married to Danae, and they both enjoy hiking, biking, and horseback riding.

North Texas Field Representative


Deyvy received a Theology degree from Southwestern Adventist University. After 3 years of missionary service in South Korea, he returned to the U.S. to join the 3ABN pastoral and financial departments. During his work there, he received an MBA from Andrews University. In 2017 he joined the Texas Conference. He is glad to combine biblical principles on money management and planning for the future.

South Texas Field Representative


"Uzzie" Maldonado is glad to be born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas.  He graduated from Valley Grande Academy, Southwestern Adventist University and Andrews University.  He, his wife Juliana, and their two daughters live in Conroe, Texas.  Uzzie enjoys studying the Bible, learning, creating, exploring ideas and presenting.
